Mixer taps on the other hand control the flow of water as well as allowing hot and cold water to come out of the same pipe, the flow of each is controlled individually so that the temperature of the water flowing out can be adjusted perfectly. Dual-Flow Mixer taps are like any normal taps holding the hot and cold alternative, the only variation between them is the mechanism used to release water flow. Tri-Flow Mixer taps however are not as simple, they have a lever in the centre for optional spray rinse and water purification systems.
